Ghana- How does the event work?
Think Canada Fair is Africa’s biggest educational Fair that promotes Canadian Education. To participate you only need to register on this website. At the Think Canada Fair, you will be able to talk directly with the representatives of Canadian educational institutions and they will be able to answer your questions about studying in Canada including admission processes, program descriptions, application deadlines, tuition fees, scholarships, etc.
- Is the event free?
Yes, but the registration is mandatory, you must register on this page and take the invitation on your device to present it at the reception. You will not be accepted at the event without a registration.
- Can I bring friends and family? Do they also have to register?
Yes, everybody who wants to attend the event must present their registration at the reception of the event. Only children under 13 do not need it. Remember that the registration confirmation is personal and non-transferable.
- Is there information material about the event such as brochures to give to my friends/students?
The promotion of the event is basically online, the complete information about the event including the information about the exhibitors and conferences, can be found on this website.
- I am a teacher/counselor and I am interested in taking my students. Does everyone have to register or is my registration enough?
It is essential that all visitors to the event make their individual registration online, for more information contact us at info@thinkcanadafair.com.
- Do I have to print the invitation or can I take the QR code on my cell phone or tablet?
We recommend not to print your invitation, you can have the QR code on your cell phone or tablet, avoiding the waste of paper for a more sustainable event.
- My parents will attend the event with me. Do they have to register too?
Yes, parents who accompany their children need to register in advance on this website. You will be asked for your confirmation code at the reception of the event.
- I am a father/mother and I want to take my children to the event. Do I have to register them?
Yes, all the people who visit the event must register individually. You will be asked for your confirmation code at the reception of the event.
- I lost the email where I had my confirmation. Can you send me another one?

- I can't get to the exact time the fair starts. Can I arrive later?
The schedule is open from 12 pm – 5pm in Lagos, Abuja in Nigeria and Accra, Ghana.
- Can I enter the event without registering on the page?
No, it is not possible. Registration online is mandatory to access the event.
- I would like to know if I will be able to find a specific career or course at the fair. Is it possible?
Yes, you can consult the list of exhibitors that will be present, enter their profile and find out about the opportunities they offer.
- Will the seminars be presented in English or French?
Depending on the exhibitor, the seminars will be presented in either French or English, according to the audience.
- Are there scholarship opportunities?
The information about scholarships, payment methods, possible discounts and full scholarships can be obtained at the event directly with the representatives of the institutions.
- Is the event pet friendly?
No pets of any kind can enter, only service animals are allowed.
- Is there transportation for those who participate in the fair?
No, the organizers do not provide transportation to/from the event.
- Do you offer a participation certificate after the event?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer participation certificates.

- Can agents register the fair?
No agent can register for a fair. If a Canadian institution (or school board) delegates an agent to participate, they must advise so in the online registration. This applies if a Canadian institution invites an agent to assist them at the fair.
- Can we advertise other items not related to the participating institution?
Education agents assisting Canadian institutions at the fair shall not advertise their own services on any of the table decorations. Only the name of the Canadian institution shall be displayed on the signage. No promotional material from agents, including but not limited to, business cards, flyers, and brochures, shall be displayed or distributed at the table. Promotional material will be limited to material supplied by the Canadian institution. This is strictly forbidden and could result in removal from the event premises.
